Pastor David Adewumi is the President and Presiding Pastor of Distinction International Christian Church (DICC) aka the Distinction Church, a dynamic, fast growing multicultural church in the Houston area. He was called into Ministry 1995, ordained a Pastor in 2001 and has been doing great exploits for the Kingdom since then.
He is an apostle of faith and excellence, anointed preacher and teacher of the Word. He has a great and incredible passion to see people saved, liberated, restored, healed and delivered. Those who have come in contact with this great mandate of distinction under God have seen diverse testimonies wrought in their lives. Pastor David is also the President of Excellent Faith Ministries, the vision which birthed DICC.
Pastor David has a diploma from Faith Bible Institute of the Foundation Faith ministries and Certificates from Word of Faith Bible Institute and the Redeemed Christian Bible College. He is a college graduate with a Master of Business Administration. He combines an MBA with a Computer Science degree, and a lot of professional qualifications in IT and Project Management. He is happily married to Pastor Yemi Adewumi and they have three wonderful kids.

Pastor Yemi Adewumi serves as Co-Pastor of the Distinction International Christian Church, (DICC) aka the Distinction Church, a vision led by her Husband Pastor David Adewumi. She is a teacher of the Word and a great lover of God. She is a mentor to many and loves to impact lives by helping them achieve their God given dreams.
She gave her life to Jesus 1985 and has been doing great exploits for the Kingdom since then. She received her calling into ministry 1996, ordained a Pastor Sept 9th, 2012. Pastor Yemi is a college graduate with a Computer Science degree and is in the MBA program of Texas Woman University Houston TX.
Her greatest passion is to see lives changed, transformed, healed and delivered through the Word and Power of God. Her heart cry is for people to live for God in dominion and royalty as Kings and priests not oppressed, bond, ashamed, abused or homeless. This has led her to birth a Christian foundation for Youth and Family Empowerment which is called Excelling Hope Foundation. She is the Board Chair of Excelling Hope Foundation and this initiative is focused on Impacting lives and Empowering families for Jesus. She is happily married to Pastor David Adewumi and they are blessed with three wonderful kids.
